Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated Shipping Time: Products will be shipped within the contiguous 48 states within 1 to 3 business days. We will notify you if any items you have ordered are back ordered. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: RunRocket ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses depending on products purchased. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Upon request, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes: RunRocket is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages: RunRocket is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy: Please contact us if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will give you a refund based on the specific money-back guarantee period offered on your order form at time of purchase (30 days for material defects). Contact: Please email us at team@runrocket.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any product issues immediately. Used Goods: This refund policy does not apply to physical goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the physical product via registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. RunRocket will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
